Our Service
Pali allows Solicitors and estate agents to outsource the search
elements of the conveyancing process. We now offer

training
in the personal processing of the Local
Authority searches that form a necessary element
of all property transactions in England,
Scotland and Wales. We can also train you to carry out
all the additional searches that are increasingly
requested by property buyers
and are required in the HIP.
The search process itself generally involves a
personal visit to the relevant Local Authority
offices and the collection of data relating to
any charges or restrictions against the property
that could affect it, either currently or in the
future.
Once the required information is gathered, Pali
has designed software that will allow you to
deliver the data to the client in a professional
and efficient manner.
Our procedures have been designed to reduce the
processing time of the search and to reduce the
cost involved for our Partners.

We are now seeking franchised business partners
to expand the Pali network - people who can
bring fresh enthusiasm and dedication to a
growing sector, and who share our high standards
of client care.
The Pali opportunity is essentially a hands-on
Management Franchise. It is the Franchisee's
role to acquire the business and perform the
searches. As the business develops it may be
necessary to take on a member of staff to assist
with the growing work load.
