At Head Office
Generally, there will be two weeks intensive training at H/O. This will be flexible to fit in with your commitments and will include working on the Pali system, visits to our local council offices, accounts and marketing.
If appropriate, our franchise manager may spend a few days on your territory and at your local councils. Training will cover;
- Customer service,
- Dealing with council staff.
- Acquiring information and data.
- Producing reports.
- Delivering reports.
- Using our system.
Training is ongoing. The industry is young and constantly changing and evolving as is the Pali system. New marketing techniques and offers are always being introduced as are new products.
